Planting bulbs in the garden can add colorful attraction come spring time. Fall is the perfect time to plant bulbs before the winter frost comes and makes things go dormant. Crocus
One of the first plants you will see bloom come Springtime. This bulb is hardy tolerant and grows in zones 3-8. These early bloomers can often be seen peeking up through the snow. Daffodil
Daffodils are a popular pick in many homeowners’ gardens. These vivid flowers come in yellow, white, pink and orange and are sure to brighten up your garden bed. Hyacinth
If you like fragrance than Hyacinths are a great option. Not only are these flowers vibrant but emit a heavenly scent. They come in a variety of colors such as white, blue, pink, purple, red and more. Hyacinths grow in zones 3-9 and do best in full sun, but will tolerate partial shade. They grow 6 inches to 1 foot tall and 3-6 inches wide.

 

 

 

 

 

Lily
Another popular plant you will find in homeowners gardens are lilies. This plant has a trumpet shape and comes in a variety of colors such as pink, white, yellow, and orange. They perform best in full sun but will also grow in partial shade. Lilies grow is zones 4-9.
