Aerating – 1/4 acre (10,890sq ft.) approximately $160.00
Grass roots need air, water and nutrients to grow thick, deep and strong. When soil becomes compacted, even slightly, it inhibit the flow of the essentials that support thicker, healthier turf growth. A layer of compacted soil just 1/4 to 1/2 inches thick can make a significant difference in the health and beauty of your lawn. Aeration creates holes down into the soil to alleviate compaction so air, water and nutrients can reach grass roots. After we are finish aerating your lawn, we let soil plugs or extra soil dry where they fall. They’ll break down in rain or crumble the next time you mow, adding beneficial soil and organic matter to your lawn surface
De thatching – 1/4 acre (10,890sq ft.) approximately $210.00
Doing routine lawn maintenance involves addressing excessive thatch, the layer of dead and living plant stems, roots and other parts that forms between the green grass blades and the soil level. Overly thick thatch can block the flow of air and moisture to the roots and can harbor pests and fungal pathogens. Following de thatching, we will vacuum up and remove debris.
Re-seeding – Spot seeding $55.00hr per man + material used
We remove dead or damaged grass to expose clean soil. If leveling is needed, we will add or remove topsoil, rake spots briskly, and then smooth the surface. Then add seed, loose, smooth soil invites new seedlings to take hold.
