We hope you have been enjoying your summer! August is here and even though we have been having hot weather fall will soon be on the way. Prepare your landscape ahead of time by getting on the list for our Fall clean ups. Give us a call (262-483-2673) or email us ([email protected]) to get on the schedule!

What can you expect from a Fall clean up?
Valley View Landscaping will come in and cut down all the perennials. Fallen leaves will be removed from the lawn area and flower beds.
We also will vacuum up with a mower all the leaves and debris.

Lawn Aerating

As cooler weather and more rainfall arrives lawns benefit from core aeration. This is especially helpful if you have clay soil or your lawn is subject to heavy foot traffic. Aeration allows water, air and fertilizer to reach the grass roots and keeps the grass greener, healthier and more drought and stress resistant. Valley View Landscaping will be offering aerating within the next few months we will send out an email to our customers offering aerating services, but you can sign up now to get on the list!

Flower of the month-Gladiolus

Did you know the flower for the month of August is the Gladiolus. This starts as a bulb and comes in a wide array of colors. This is one of my (Ashley’s) favorite flowers. It is so significant to me because my grandma used to grow them every year. Her garden looked like a rainbow growing up because she had so many planted and in so many different colors.
